If you actually read my language, that should be clear. I have some experience with pre-existing conditions. They may have to pay initially, but they can then cancel.The facts as reported were that he had not seen a doctor in over a year. Someone with a heart condition (how stable was his condition? Apparently not as stable as he probably thought) should see a doctor more often than that. So it's reasonable to consider that he may not have been insured. He was also self-employed. |
