Be that as it may, the ban has already been rejected once the Socialist and Liberal parties decided against itNo, their Senate decided to compromise on the bill. And that was after US politicians from the House of Representatives put pressure on them. The bill has overwhelming support in the lower house. Either way, don't expect any veto of the EU's designs on Jerusalem out of the Netherlands. And if they do, remember that the veto is utterly meaningless in the face of what happened to the UK after they vetoed giving more powers to Brussels over the matter of financial control. |
