The city NEVER uses certified mail, just good old stamps. Back in the 1980's I was a juror in civil trial that lasted 15 days and I got real chummy with the Juror Office so I know how the system works. The City (and Baltimore and Anne Arundal Counties went to a One Day or One Trial system. You get called about every two years and if you don't get selected for a trial you get to go home at the end of the day. |
