In fifty years, when population growth is challenging us to find ways to better distribute our natural resources to keep up with demand, the Republicans will have instituted active euthanasia programs to try to reduce the "burden" on those they consider fit to live. "social Darwinism" will be the order of the day, and people will be brainwashed into willingly participating in the program. I can see the advertisements already:

The New York City Department Of Health And Mental Hygeine

Unprecedented Population Growth Creates Critical Resource Shortages In NYC

Why suffer in misery and hunger? If you meet the citeria lisyted below, you can qualify for NYC's Graceful Exit program!

Why not consider...

Active Euthanasia?

If you are...

Unemployed

Over 40, Single, and Childless

Incurably Ill

Incarcerated For More Than One Year

A Member Of a Socially Unacceptable Group*

You may be eligible for Free Euthanization at one of our conveniently located death clinics in all five boroughs. We offer FREE burial or cremation, according to your wishes and religious beliefs, and survivor services are available.

With ever-worsening difficulties created by the scarcity of natural and public resources such as food, water, and shelter, shouldn't you make room for those who would benefit the most by allocation of these resources? Support your city...call a NYC Euthanasia Worker today, and learn more about how you can do YOUR part to rescue the future by making a Graceful Exit.

*"Socially Unacceptable Groups" are defined by NYC Local Law 231-22 of March, 2063, and include persons of "unemployable" ethnic or racial groups as mandated in Republican Bill HR-2072, now pending before Congress.

Think Republicans couldn't do something like this if things look bad enough? Consider the Draconian immigration laws in places like Alabama and Arizona...
