The word in all three of your examples is 'dvarim' - from the root DBR, meaning 'to speak.' (Later rabbinic literature uses the word 'dibrot' instead, from the same root.) It means 'statements' or 'words.'

The word for 'commandments' is 'mitzvot' - from the root TzVH, meaning 'to command.'

Still haven't taken my advice to learn Hebrew before attempting to argue about the language in the Jewish Bible, I see.
