Essentially saying "Well, if you do it I'd prefer if you do it this way" fully undermines his later "shock and outrage" at the decision.Don't you understand diplomacy? Obama LOST the case for not releasing the guy at all. So he says the above, and they don't take his advice the second time around either. That's plenty of grounds for being pissed and saying so publicly. There is no support whatsoever for your original assertion that Obama "approved" of the Scottish decision. |
