I wonder if the ACLU would care as much about photographer's rights if there wasn't a national security concern involved.You know a group can be on the right side of an issue for the wrong reason. Or to put it another way, railfan's rights may be "going along for the ride" of a different issue. And saying "without them we would lose all of our freedoms" is a rhetorical overreach and a faith-based perception. |
