Yes, the ice cream is excellent at Friendly's, I have to agree. As for the food being "worse" 5-10 years ago, I have to take your word on that, as it was not all that great back then, and I haven't had it in many years, so that may be the case. If I am going to go that route and eat non-breakfast food at a chain like Friendly's (or Denny's or Ihop for that matter), then I may as well go to one of the bar/grill chains like Applebees or Ruby Tuesday then where the atmosphere is better in my opinion. |
