Many blacks live in the part of Brentwood that's south of the train station along Fifth Avenue. Some of that area may be considered Bay Shore, I'm not sure where the dividing line is.interesting you say that because I have friends on Ellery St in Brentwood and their section is mostly black, then, when you get near the railroad tracks all the way on south, it's all Hispanic. And you can see the change just by looking at the businesses, which are all criminal and immigration lawyers, storefront churches, and lots and lots of bodegas. |
