Problem is, minorities aren't happy with service and laboring jobs. They want to take exams for City jobs, and when they don't score as high as whitey, they want to be handed the job on a silver platter via liberal courts

None of that has anything to do with "race differences". In fact, such BS arises because of the perception of "race differences".
