For a couple of decades fast food jobs in the LA area had mostly been staffed by illegal Hispanics between 30 and 50 years old, but over the last two years those jobs have skewed younger and American. Of course quality has gone way down, but that's the price that we have to pay. ;)Interesting. Might this have something to do with the higher IQ's of Mexicans vs blacks and the lower level of responsibility of both younger and black employees? |
