Another place that used to be relatively safe at and with very little crime at one time is Toronto, Canada. However, in the last few years you can find similar articles almost every day in the Toronto papers in regards to shootings, robberies, rapes, etc. in areas that you never would have thought... it's like it's the "wrong 1985" in the movie "Back To The Future 2"... |
