Secondly, such projects always meet opposition. Look at the Islanders. They want to build a new arena with an apartment building complex, entertainment center, and other features. But wait, hockey is for white people! How can there be opposition? Makes no sense, unless you live in the real world like I do.Apples and oranges. The project was opposed because of it's huge size, and in a suburban area, not because it attracts "hockey fans". The hockey fans already go there to the old Coliseum. |
