I knew you would say that. Or say "block party"!!!!!!When I lived in Astoria, I always called the police when neighbors blasted music. Police never came. I know for a fact that police in Richmond Hill don't respond to noise complaints. I have a feeling they would respond in Little Neck or Bayside. |
