Yeah, I hear they are being priced out of Greenpoint, and there is a migration of Polish now towards Ridgewood. It seems they have pretty much turned the tide to their ethnic group now, and it appears it's "their turn" there now. Funny how a neighborhood slowly progresses from one group to another. |
