A six-month job has taken two years.Not really their fault for the long delay. If you've been over there for a look, they aren't working on the bridge at all. It is the west abutment getting rebuilt. The roadway sunk so low that Q67's were scraping bottom as they headed eastbound. Excavating the west foundation, they found a whole mishmash of stuff "down there" and as of last week they were still driving piles. |
