I can see how it can "uncover" homophobia, but I don't think "promotion" is the right word at all. If it was promoting homophobia, it would just be like those "AIDS awareness ads" where they'd have a man being with a man and then the same man being with a woman, telling people to protect themselves. Ads like that have been posted.The idea of the ad is to show this to straight, gay, bi, and questioning people to show these "happy" minority gay couples in a way that's not demeaning or scandelous. |
