This is how the industry makes use of meat which is normally wasted. How do you think SPAM was invented? It was made from pork shoulder scraps which normally sold for next to nothing as dog food.Using scraps and ordinarily inedible cuts of meat to make sausage so that it would not go to waste is as old as civilization is MSC is this philosophy, melded with modern technology. What the hell do you think the early hot dogs were made from? Snout, feet, organ meat, tail, etc .... |
