Posted by ntrainride on Sat Jul 17 06:54:47 2010, in response to Re:NO BITCHASSNESS, posted by LuchAAA on Sat Jul 17 02:21:37 2010. hispanic t.v. is the most ridiculous collection of so-called "entertainment" there could be. ever so corny programs, banal, posturing "stars", amateurish spanish language copies of every successful and not so successful American t.v. show and commercial. and all the actors and actresses look like canadians! except they're wearing sombreros! another thing: what i would like to know is, donde estan los compesenos, los "jibaros", los morenos y negros y indias? where t.f. are all the "little short guys" and "pudgy mamacitas" that are crowding our street corners? does mejico not want to think of itself as being inhabited by a mainly "non-white" demographic?i've enjoyed occasionally watching Siempre en Domingo, yeah, but in general, spanish language t.v. is just a laugh for anybody used to American entertainment venues. |
