One of these two teams will win their first ever World Cup. Holland has been powering through this tournament without dropping a single game, while Spain has made its way to the final in much less dominating fashion than they did in Euro 2008.Prediction Holland 2 Spain 1 Full Time That sounds about right. This is the soccer equivalent of the Red Sox (pre 2004) vs. Cubs. These are both teams of destiny. Holland twice coming so close while Spain was the eternal choker (this was only their second ever Final Four berth) even when having great teams. I had predicted Germany beating Spain but the Octopus has spoken and I am no match compared to the Octopus. Germany will take Uruguay in the 3rd place match. |
