Only until you get used to the overall lower salt level, after which you will sense no difference.But I don't want to get used to the difference. I would rather eat something that's not healthy in moderation (or rarely if it's really unhealthy) but enjoy it when I do, than eat normal portions of something that tastes like garbage. |
