I love the place. Started going out there when people from my old Queens neighborhood moved out there. Never really thought of the place as a bad place until I read the book "Good Cop, Bad Cop" about Michael Dowd of the NYPD(wonder what he's doing these days?). He lived in Brentwood and the description of the town was not too flattering. |
