We (and thus you) were speaking in general terms, i.e. county-wide. And country-wide, you sure can get cable internet without cable tv. If you were only talking about your local area, YOU should have made that clear. Instead, it seems obvious that you THOUGHT that the rules that exist in your local area apply to the whole country in general. But you were WRONG about that, as usual. |
