When drives down Grand Avenue from the Southern State into Baldwin, a lot of previously vibrant shopping centers now contain vacancies, clinics and check-cashing stores. Never a good sign. Friends of mine who lived in the northeast got fed up with vandalism and single-family houses suddenly containing over 20 people.When you see multiple satellite TV dishes on what appears to be a single-family house, it's never a good sign :) My LIRR/NYCT blog |
