There are very few densely populated blocks in NYC where someone hasn't been murdered nearby in the last 20 years or so. Even in the best of neighborhoods there are occasional murders, just because there are so many people.I have a friend who lived on a quiet cul-de-sac in Cedarhurst, and the previous occupants of the house were all murdered in a home invasion. They got the house cheap! |
