Sorry, I was unclear about the indexical 'these areas' - I meant the less affluent areas generally - parts of Freeport, Roosevelt, Central Islip, Brentwood, etc. - and I don't know anything about eagle estates specifically; hell, I need a map just to find it specifically!The comment was more directed about who communities can 'turn around', and not 'turn around'. I think that the increased foreclosure rate is going to have sinking effect for the affected areas. |
