Update to my prior post:Justice Karen Peters of the Third Appellate Division reportedly granted a temporary restraining order moved for by Senate Democrats. The order in question apparently upholds the status quo ante, i.e., Mr. Espada is not Senate President, pending further action on Monday 6/15. |
