However if events call for a draft, it WILL take place. Personally, I wish that the issue was kept out of the debate because the draft is a strategic decision. These decisions should not be politicized because a commander in chief needs to decide with a clear head. If the situation truly requires a draft, Bush needs to just do it. I'm sure Kerry would do the same. |
