With Obama's promise to bankrupt the coal industry, I foresee double digit unemployment in those states within 3-5 years. And they will have no one to blame but themselves.Google "Marcellus Shale". PA has more opportunity for revenue from natural gas than it ever would have had from coal. There is probably $10 trillion worth of recoverable natural gas under WV, PA, and NY (yes, I said NY). There's a fair amount under OH too. |
