Yeahm, that's still a pretty crumby area. Unlike so many places in the city like Bushwick, Bedford-Stuyvesant, and even East New York which have been coming back, Brownsville is still pretty run down. Don't get me wrong, it's better than it was 10 or 20 years ago, but still hasn't been improving as fast as Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, etc. |
