I'm not talking about a lower California court overturning a California supreme court ruling. I meant a court in another state. Not that a supreme court in say Oregon can overturn a California ruling. My understand is that if 1 state allows same sex marriages, it has to be allowed in the the other 49 states.Eventually this thing will go all the way to the US supreme court in Washington DC. |
