This isn't a black and white issue, the right of marriage appears in neither the U.S. or California State constitutions. It's all about interpretation, and the legal foundation of this decision is hardly worth overturning the will of the people. That being said, I really don't care about gay marriage. What I don't like is a few judges overturning the will of the people. Very undemocratic. |
