He wasn't saying that black kids need to be rowdy in school. He was saying that some black kids didn't relate to the Eurocentric teaching methods and became rowdy because of that. And then the white teachers didn't understand why it happened.I don't agree with his ideas about education, although if a kid is doing very badly in school at some point anything might be worth a shot. |
