Wouldn't he still have the most delegates even if those two states were counted? I don't see how Michigan could count though since his name wasn't even on the ballot. It goes without saying that candidates whosename doesn't appear on the ballot aren't going to do well. How many of the candidates besides Clinton left their name on Michigans ballot? |
