Far more familiar with FUBAR tags. The TMC R-110a short wave receivers handed to me for final check before packing could not survive a short trip on a service cart with foam absorbant on the sidewalk. I had a long wire antenna set from my transmitter bay to check by WWV and CHU. Got so bad that VP came down screaming, "Don't let that man touch them...just box and ship." Saudis bought everything and my overseas counterpont had his hands full. UN got pissed off, Collins 651S1 receivers cost too much and they switched to ITT MacKay Marine receivers |
