It's part of the #MAHA movement.People like RFK believe that "industrial seed oils" are unhealthy and that we should go back to cooking with animal fats. This really ruffles the feathers of people who think we should move in a plant-based direction. Overall, I find Leftists to be the ones promoting a vegan, plant-based diet. Conservatives are the ones behind promoting cooking in animal fats. Lists to be posted soon. |
