You give him too much credit for having a plan.He doesn't understand that his wild tariff swings undermine confidence in the markets and make business owners very reluctant to activate expansion plans because they don't have a clue what will happen next. Also, every company that depends either on government services (which they pay for) or government contracts is scared to invest any money in business expansion. |
