While this possibility would raise constitutional issues, I believe the answer is Yes. The 22nd Amendment states "no person shalle elected to the ofice of President more than twice."Thus, he may be elected Vice President, and I believe he may become President again through a means other than election, e.g., succeeding upon the death or resignation of the President. |
