I do agree with what Salaam Allah posted at 18:29:14 that Penny had every right to neutralize the threat. That being said, when the threat had been neutralized and Penny still held the person in a position that contributed to his demise he is responsible for the outcome even if that wasn’t his intent. The lack of intent to kill is why higher charges would fail. |
