No, in fact the job market is good right now. Reddit is anecdotal evidence only, and it is obviously weighted toward the bad news.

It won't be so great if the US puts 25% tariffs on all EU goods and the EU retaliates, though.

As a partial compensation, plenty of unemployed US workers will get their crack at the agricultural job of their choice. Also plenty of jobs mopping floors in supermarkets.
