Fun fact: The descendants of chattel.slaves I the New World mostly come from West Africa. Some came from West-Central Africa, and a small percentage came from Southeast Africa (Portugal). None, however, we're descended from the ancient Nubians, who were where Southern Egypt and Sudan are today. Calling yourself a ubian would be like a Dane calling himself Bulgarian |
