As an addicted gambler, he bet on football, basketball and horseracing. In 2004, he finally admitted that he bet on baseball. He bet on the Reds to win when he was player/manager but never against them. As far as anyone knows, the Reds never "threw" a game to have Rose win a bet. that was the only baseball betting he did. |
