For various reasons I was going meatless (with the fake meat). I've mentioned it before that quite a few of it taste pretty good and I enjoyed a lot of it.Then I found out a lot of these are "ultra processed foods". I was getting really bloated or inflamed or something by them. So I've had to walk it back, and the bloating immediately stopped. Hopefully Trump/RFK Jr. will be re-elected for a 3rd time so that we can properly investigate the safety and combinations of some of these foods. |
