When a protected is playing golf at an unsecured (most) course, security travels as a bubble around the protectee. They do not (nor should/could they) close down the entire place. These are businesses, many have memberships and they have a right to continue conducting their business. This is SOP for the Secret Service. There's a number of current interviews available of Secret Service agents, current and past, where it痴 all explained. Doesn't require any expertise to watch television. |
