She hasn't done it because she's Vice President. That job involves calling in a 8 AM daily to check that the President is alive. Anything else she does is window dressing. Just look at her appointment to research the causes for human migration from Central America (Which did not involve any legal powers beyond likely being able to take out library books and some traveling). |
