No, worst case would be the House accepting slates of electors that hadn't actually won a plurality of votes in their states.The right wing keeps pretending (and you swallow their bait) that the January 6th riots were the big threat to democracy. They weren't. The big threat was Trump and his co-conspirators trying to push a false narrative of election fraud through the House. PS. This "push" was not just free speech because it involved exhorting various people to lie under oath. |
