1. This was already briefed. The statute of limitations for the felony is five years, and that’s what he was charged with and convicted of. The SOL is also tolled by absence from the state.

2. Because they were unanimous on the conviction. What they didn’t have to be unanimous on is which underlying crime (which he didn’t have to be convicted of) was the crime being concealed.

3. This isn’t grounds for recusal.

Same difference.
