How could the jury find someone guilty if they cant agree on what they are convicting him of?

Typical Fox perversion of the facts.

The jury convicted him unanimously of falsifying business records to conceal a crime.

Yes, the Court of Appeals might decide that the judge erred in telling the jury that they did not have to agree on what that crime was. But this is currently an undecided matter of law.
