It turns out that it wasn’t 11:09 AM, it was 11:09 PM, the timestamp was the time that the recorded video was broadcast in the 11 o’clock news. It was taken while the rally was actually taking place.

Anyway, I looked up the weather that day, 75° was the 11 PM temperature, not the 11 AM temperature.
