Trump's "January 6th" indictment has nothing to do with the riot in the Capitol. It has to do with his alleged conspiracy to overturn the election through fraud. Things like having consiprators file false affadavits claiming knowledge of incidents of election fraud that didn't actually exist and that they knew didn't exist.
